Yes. Every file is handled by a licensed Ontario lawyer at Huza Law. Video and secure signing change where we meet, not who does the work.
Do I need to come to Cornwall?
For most real estate transactions, no. If a step needs to happen in person, we will tell you up front and arrange it.
Can I sign documents remotely in Ontario?
In most real estate transactions, yes. Documents are signed through secure electronic signing and your lawyer walks you through each one.
Which matters can be handled virtually?
Real estate is fully set up for virtual service. Wills and estates, business, family, and litigation matters can often be handled by video too. Ask us and we will tell you plainly.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Your initial 15-minute consultation is free, by phone or video.
Are you licensed in Ontario?
Yes. Our lawyers are licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and practise Ontario law. Virtual service does not change that.
